According to Mirror’s report, a woman named Lucy Woodhouse could not understand what anyone was saying in office meetings. She always felt that she was drunk. When she came to know the truth behind this, she was shocked. 43-year-old Woodhouse had a headache and it was as if she was intoxicated.

Lucy Woodhouse worked as a nurse. She told that one day she was sitting in a meeting with her seniors, during which she realized that she was not able to understand anyone’s words. She felt that the people around her were speaking Chinese. Not only this, she was also having difficulty in speaking anything, which she was feeling a day before this incident. When she went to the hospital for a scan regarding this problem, the result was shocking.
A tumor in the head turned his life upside down
Lucy found out that she had a special type of tumor (Meningiomas) in her head, which could not become cancerous but could definitely take away her eyesight. The doctors removed her tumor through surgery, but even during recovery she has a problem of forgetting things. The reason for this tumor was Lucy’s multiple IVF treatments and taking menopause medicines. Sometimes such medicines cause hormonal imbalance. In a study, it was believed that HRT medication can cause tumors.
